Reddstone is located in a brick building in Battery Park on the corner of 76th and Battery Park Blvd. They have one of the nicest patios in Cleveland, it has a large brick patio with some nice trees and a pretty cool covered bar. The inside has a classic tin ceiling and solid wood bar like they just don't make anymore.

Veggie Pizza - First we tried this Pizza, It has Roma tomatoes, mushrooms, red peppers, red onions, scallions and roasted garlic puree.

"This pizza is different, especially the garlic puree. I like the raw scallions and large chunks of roma tomatoes but would like to try it with a traditional red sauce." @Bridgetb116

"I could have done without the garlic puree sauce. The crust was very good, not to thin or thick. However, trying to make a pizza something untraditional does not work. Stick to the red tomato sauce." Anthony

Chicken Quesadilla It is shredded chicken with the freshly made sha sha sauce, pepperjack homemade salsa and a spice creme puree.

"The Chicken Quesadilla's were outstanding. They where the perfect size and had plenty of fresh toppings. The homemade sauce used for the Quesadillas was delicious and had a very nice citrus twist to it. Very good.

Tuesday is wing night and it is one of the best in Cleveland, and some of the largest. Plus they are only 15 cents.

Pannelist - Normally a food review consists of one person going to a restaurant and ordering one appetizer one entree, a desert and writing a review. The problem with this is you don't get a representation of what the restaurant offers. Our solution i to bring a panel of reviewers and have the chef make us samples of the food and have him explain the dishes to us. With this process you get insight into what the chef was thinking about when they created the dish plus several peoples opinions of what the several dish tasted like. We believe this will give you greater insight into picking a restaurant.
